Christmas

This year Christmas has been a little different. We have more money than we usually do so we got Rock Band 3. We even got each other presents so it was a good one this year. I did some more window paintings that turned out so good. This is them:

Candy Cane
 Turtle sleding down hill
A man making a snow angel
Snow man with snow falling
 Santa bringing toys
The North Pole but I took the picture on the wrong side
 Man in a snow ball
 Kid eating snow

I got Ben a train set, he has been wanting one for a while but he hasnt wanted to buy one cause he cant really set it up cause we move a lot. Ben got me two fairies for my collection of fairies and they are my first ones so that was way exciting, even though I have to put one away because it is a Christmas fairy. I got a lot of craft stuff to do fun things with candy gift cards books a really cute wallet. Ben got a lego book, cloths, candy, ice fishing poles, and other stuff.

We got my parents a fire pit for out side. Then we got Bens mom salt and pepper shakers ones hippies kissing and the other one is monkeys hanging from a tree, we then got James some movie, and Bens dad a book.

We miss you Cole

November 29 started out as a great day. I had the day off and so did Ben so we got to hang out all day. We didnt do anything special just hung around the house. Later that night I went and baby sat my nephew Landon. After that we went to our friends Dave and Karens house to play some games. Right before we got there we got a call from my sister-in-law Becky. Ben picked up the phone and I instantly knew that something was wrong, his face went all white and his mouth was open is shock. When he got off the phone he told me that Cole his sister Lindseys husband had past away that day.
Later that night we went and seen his family and hung out there everyday for about a week with all of my husbands siblings and his parents.
It is a horriable loss and I just want to end this by saying this. We all love you Cole and hope that you have found peace and love where you are now, we will miss you!!

Thanksgiving

I love thanksgiving and this year we had a chance to go to both sides of the family. My family did there thanksgiving on Wed. the 24th. I made 2 pumpkin pies and a pecan pie. We got to my parents at 2ish and helped set up then everyone came and we had turkey and ham and then all the other good stuff then watched movies, played games, and watched football. It was lots of fun!!!

This is the two pumpkin pies.
Then I had to work on Thanksgiving until 3 pm so I couldnt go to Bens dads house but I made him a carmel pecan cheese cake and let him also have some of the pecan pie. I did this because a couple of years ago we picked up Bens dad to go to Thanksgiving and he freaked out that we didnt have pecan pie so we had to stop on the way and pick one up.

Then after work we went to Bens mom and step dads house. I made an apple pie for this one.
