1 year old

Man a year has gone by its so crazy!! Here is a year in review!

First time seeing him. It was amazing and so unexpected cause I have been told I might never have children.

 After 9 months, being on bed rest for a month of it and 21 hours of labor he finally arrived. I told Ben that I would not like him and that it wasn't going to be worth it, then he came out and I cried and said he is so beautiful I love him and Ben laughed.

At 3 weeks he started rolling over, 6 months he was crawling and could say mom and dad, 7 months he got a tooth , 9 and a half months he was walking. Now he runs all over, says mom, dad, no, dog, kitty, baby, yes, and whats that. I cant wait to see what the next year will bring!

10 months

Lucas is now 10 months old and at his 9 month apointment he weighed 19 pounds and was 28 inches tall. He has been sick a lot he had a cold, then a week later we brought him in and he had a double ear infection, two weeks after that he had croup, but its been about 2 weeks since then and he has been fine for a while.

But now Lucas walks, and has 2 teeth almost 4 teeth. He is getting so big and he is getting funner and funner everyday.

6 Months

Lucas is now 6 months its crazy how a half a year can go by so quickly!! Today he had his Dr appointment and he weighs 16.5 pounds and is 25.98 inches long. The doctor said that he is doing great and that anytime he is awake he needs to be on the ground so that he will crawl soon.

Lucas update

Lucas is now 4 months he weighs 14 pds 6 oz and was 25 inches long. He can roll over both ways now and he sit up on his own. He is getting way big and he is so much fun!

Well as you can tell when I was pregnant I made lots of posts and never put them on the blog because I wanted to put pictures but I just decided to post them any ways so sorry that it took me so long to do it!!

Christmas 2012

So for Christmas this year we got a new mattress it is amazing!! I was having a hard time sleeping because I am pregnant and our bed was horrible so when we got this mattress it was heaven I dont think I have ever slept this good (even before I was pregnant)!!

I got Ben a work coat and a new hat because his old ones of both need to be throwen away! Ben got me a tray for breakfast in bed with legs, also he got me season 5 of One Tree Hill (I love that show) and a book called House Rules.

Then from every one else we got: Mom and Dad Lloyd gave us a printer, cloths, water bottles that filter the water, a boppy pillow for Lucas that my mom made a cover for that matches the blanket that she made for him, cloths for Lucas and two movies Lair, Lair and Ice Age 3.

Mom and Dad Staker got us tuns of board games, candy, and other misc. things.

Dad Wallace got me a bundt cake pan, two recipe books, and candy. He got Ben discs for disc golfing, a book and for both of us we got books, and money.

Lindsey got us books for Lucas. Becky and Andrew got us a baby first aid kit and doggy slippers that are way cute.
My sister Jan had us for Christmas and she made Lucas a spiderman thing to keep him warm and she got us a crib! I was way excited because I didnt know if we would be able to buy one, so it was awsome that she got us one.

Then we drew my sister Liz's name for christmas and we got them a card table and for her kid Sariah we got her a thing to make different shaped cookies, and her son Sam we got Lego's.

My parents we got them a blanket holder and blanket.

We couldnt afford to get anyone else presents cause we had an unexpected bill come up and didnt have anymore money! But it was a great christmas this year!!

I had lots of showers and Lucas is now almost 3 months and we have not bought diapers, cloths, or wipes so it was worth it. I didnt really get any pictures but they were all fun!

New Years 2012

Its the new year!!! We should make this year count because this is the year everyone says the world is going to end. So on that note these are the things I hope to accomplish this year:

1- Get a job as a personal trainer

2- Do as much as I can with my baby boy Lucas and with Ben

3- Find Ben another job an indoor job

Welcome Lucas Cole Wallace

After 21 hours of labor our sweet baby boy is here! He was born on Thursday Febuary 9, 2012 at 5:52.

So exciting

So I am now 18 weeks (tomorrow). Our last doctors appointment was on August 30. When we went in I was so excited to hear the heart beat but they couldnt find it. I have never seen a doctor look so worried. Then we went to the ultisound round and walla the baby is still there. A little scarry for a while but I knew everything was great!! But then during this ultrasound we found out that we are having a boy. The doctor even said that sometimes she doesnt know but this was a boy. So its not a girl like we wanted but I am still so excited that we know.

First Term

First Term is over and although it was way hard I know its only going to get harder! It is good to have one down and now only three more to go.

So this next semester starts on July 18 and the classes I will be taking are: Nutrition, Exercises Psychology, Exercise Design 2 and Anatomy and Psychology 2.

2 Years

I has been two wonderful years (on May 29) since me and the love of my life got married!! I cant say in words how much I love him!! Its hard sometimes but in the end we will always be together!

This picture was taken when we were 18 and we still have the same relationship as we did then just maybe a little more mature then we were back then!!



School

I started school on May 4. I am going to Eagle gate College for Personal Training. I know I will do great but its always scarry going and doing something comparied to just talking about it.

So far the classes have been so great. I love all of my teachers and the people who are in my program. The only class I am worried about it Anatomy but I have taken it before so I will be fine.

My birthday

It was my birthday on March 16! I am now 23 its weird to look back on the things I thought I wanted to do before I turned this age when I was a teenager. I know that I want to have kids and be done with school and already have a house. But I am so glade I havent done any of these things yet (except be done with school)! Time goes by to fast and you never realize until its already gone by.

Well anyways for my birthday this year my husband wanted to surpise me and we went away to Wendover! I didnt even gabble but it was nice to be able to get away from work and our house. I thought it was just going to be us but on my birthday my best friends Kobly and Ciara showed up. It was such a surpise and I was so excited to see them there!!

This is the only picture I took while there and its as we are coming home and I thought it looked like the mountain was floating!

Ben couldnt get me my present on my birthday because we were out of town but we got it and then we painted it and hung it tonight!!

 Its the solar system I have been wanting one for ever!! And Ben got one for me and I loved that we could paint it our selves!!

First time doing fondent

I have always wanted to try making cakes and doing fondent iceing. So in late Feb I decided to. This time around it wasnt very good because I used granulated sugar instead of powedered sugar, but either way it tasted pretty good.

All of these are pretty obvious!!



Projects

I have been working on a couple of projects and one of them is making a rug by doing latch hooking its going to be a big rug and it takes a lot of time but this is what it looks like so far!

Valentines Day

I love Valentines Day it is one of my favorite holidays only because that means spring is soon coming!! I also love that everything is pink, red, white and black those are my favorite colors. I was so sad to take down the Christmas window painting cause they were so good but these are my Valentines Day window paintings:
